Trainers will put you in live, complex, real situations that you need to completently manage and resolve, just as you would solve problematic situations with speakers and the audience on a real conference.

Each situation is designed to help you build confidence and learn how:
  • to introduce yourself
  • to announce keynotes and panelists.
  • to choose the tone, tempo and style of moderation, even out of your default setting
  • to create the right dynamics for each situation.
You will learn how to conduct successful meetings and encourage interaction among all participants. You will be able to engage even the hardest audiences.

Develop your interview and panel discussions skills.

You will get an insight into different types of personality, but also into different types of events so that you can more efficiently assess whether you are the right person for that type of event.

Gain experience by playing different roles in real scenarios

You will face all these situations as a moderator, panelist, speaker, or a meeting leader.
In each role, you will encounter some of the typical problems, unpleasant or tiresome guests, passive audience and gain real experience that you can apply live, but also at online conferences and events.
